VOI In 3 Simple Steps

1Trigger VOI
The mobile VOI process can be delivered to your customer by SMS or email directly from the Express VOI web portal. If you have techies in your team, you can additionally trigger the VOI via a simple REST API call which can be integrated into any digital process.
Your customer completes the simple VOI process on their mobile in next to no time. Necessary identity documents are captured, data automatically extracted to reduce error, and a live video selfie is recorded.
Your customers' VOI information is instantly available in the Express VOI web portal for review and PDF export. We suppliment the captured information with document and video fraud assessment, analytics, process meta data (i.e. geo location and IP address), as well as third party data services (if required). If you have techies in your team, you can push all the available data into your CRM or other application via a simple integration.
